🕰️ MODE-ANTIQUE WARRANTY – SALES AND REPAIRS

1. Warranty Coverage

Mode-Antique offers a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase on:

  • Parts replaced during a repair performed by our workshop;

  • Labor associated with these repairs;

  • Clocks sold by Mode-Antique, when indicated on the sales invoice.

2. Conditions of Application

This warranty applies only if:

  • The clock was repaired, serviced, or sold by Mode-Antique;

  • The clock has been used under normal conditions (indoor domestic use, no excessive humidity, no extreme temperatures, and no improper handling);

  • No modification or intervention has been made by any person other than Mode-Antique since the sale or repair.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of components (springs, pivots, suspension springs, oils, etc.);

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper transportation;

  • Issues resulting from incorrect installation or leveling of the clock;

  • Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance;

  • Transportation, packaging, or delivery costs to and from our workshop.

4. Warranty Claims

To make a claim, please provide:

  • The service number or proof of purchase;

  • A description of the issue;

  • If possible, a photo or short video showing the problem.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mode-Antique’s responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part at no cost.
No other compensation (such as damages or loss of use) shall be claimed.
